How It Works
DNS will document the company’s IT systems, applications, access credentials, and support resources. In the event that an employee is unavailable due to illness, vacation, or other circumstances, DNS will provide assistance to ensure seamless IT support for the company.
What Is Required
The initial step involves documenting the company's IT processes, procedures, equipment, applications, and access credentials. Quarterly, DNS will convene with IT personnel to review access controls and discuss IT support strategies.
